In Schaffhausen, we are looking for a committed personality (m/f/d) for the "Job-Sprint" offer as well as for a new practice company starting April 1, 2026:
Administration Employee (80%)
Your tasks
- Assisting in the establishment of the new practice company
- Responsibility for participant file management
- Feedback and communication with the referring agencies about participants (absence notifications, medical certificates, etc.)
- Maintenance of the Axendo database (recording, changes, reports)
- Responsibility for deadline monitoring and compliance internally and with the referring agencies
- Issuing AMM reports
- Coordination of participant entries and exits with the referring agencies
- Administration of internal statistics (occupancy, absences, EVA)
- Contact person and "good soul" for the "Mühlental" location
- Assistance to the offer management and deputies as well as to specialists, course instructors, and lecturers
Your profile
- Completed higher vocational training in the commercial field or an equivalent qualification (e.g., federal certificate of competence and 5 years of professional experience in the commercial field)
- Organizational and coordination talent as well as high service orientation
- Experience in quality management is an advantage
- Confident handling of people from different social and cultural backgrounds
- Resilience, stress tolerance, creativity, commitment, appreciation, and dedication
- Warmth and, when appropriate, appreciative humor with constant awareness of the participants' life situations
- Team and communication skills, empathy, good observation skills
- Ability to navigate the tension between a resource-oriented attitude towards participants and the demands of the labor market
- Very good PC skills: MS Office and Teams, Abacus, etc., as well as willingness for continuous further education
- AI knowledge is an advantage
- Accuracy/carefulness, patience, reliability/dependability, punctuality, discretion, and high data protection awareness
- Strategic, analytical, and networked thinking
