Area of responsibility- Check-in and check-out
- Management of lost property
- Correspondences and menu translations in German, English, and French
- Create movement list
- Manage voucher system
- Create the morning post for hotel guests
- Concierge tasks
- Sales, organization, and consultation of Vitalità applications
- Write and translate half-board menus (d/e/f)
- Manage own cash register including accounting
- Accounts receivable
- Telephone inquiries
- Consultation and acceptance of restaurant reservations
- Order of the lobby and panorama hall
- Arrangement control
- Posting of daily revenues
- Control of waiter accounts
Job requirements
You have
- a completed HOKO training or commercial training, preferably HGT
- Experience in guest and front office environment, preferably in upscale hospitality
- a pronounced service and host competence: proactive, solution-oriented, confident
- strong communication skills – clear, friendly, efficient
- Very good language skills in German, English, and French
- Routine in handling MS Office and modern hotel/reservation systems
- a high level of resilience and stress resistance, even during peak times
- a professional, well-groomed, and representative appearance
