About the job

The residential and care centres of Sihlsana AG offer various forms of accommodation, care, and support for elderly people. Currently, around 200 places are available for independent living with tailored services – including home care – as well as for stays with continuous care and support, up to specialised units for people with cognitive impairments.

You will accompany learners on their path into professional life, promote their professional and personal development, and ensure that learning is enjoyable.

Your Responsibilities

• Main responsibility for the training of our FAGE and AGS learners
• Planning, organising, and coordinating in-company training
• Supporting and advising trainers within the company
• Accompanying, promoting, and assessing learners
• Collaboration with vocational schools, inter-company course centres, and statutory bodies
• Participation in the recruitment of new learners
• Promoting a positive learning and feedback culture
• Conducting learning support, review meetings, and educational reports

Your Profile

• Qualification as a certified nursing professional HF/FH and at least 2 years of professional experience in the Swiss healthcare system
• An additional pedagogical qualification, at least SVEB certificate course
• Experience in direct supervision and assessment of learners
• Enjoyment in accompanying and supporting young people
• High social competence, patience, and strong communication skills
• Independent and structured working style
• Very good knowledge of German
