You will speak with employees in care or retail on site at their workplaces. You actively approach potential members to show them the importance of membership for our common success. Active participation in current campaigns is also part of your duties.

- Identification with union goals
- Completed vocational training or studies.
- Work experience in retail is an advantage
- (Swiss) German as a native language
- A migration language is an advantage
- Independent work, reliability, commitment, and flexibility
- Driver's license category B
