Tasks
- Leadership and optimal deployment planning of employees, machines and materials
- Deadline monitoring as well as supervision and control of ongoing orders
- Participation in production, if required
Requirements
- Training as a carpenter with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ), ideally with leadership experience
- Solid professional experience in a similar role
- Communicative, resilient and structured personality
- Very good German language skills
