The Casino Barrière de Montreux is looking for a Maintenance Technician on a 2-month fixed-term contract at 100%

The position is based on the shores of Lake Geneva in Switzerland, within the Casino Barrière Montreux, in a sumptuous setting adorned with a panoramic view of the lake and the Alps, with an area of 10,000 m2 dedicated to entertainment. Casino Barrière Montreux is part of the leading French group, the Barrière group, and currently includes a bar, a restaurant, banquet and show rooms, a gaming room (259 slot machines, 47 electronic games, 19 gaming tables and 1 poker room with 5 poker tables, 4 Blackjack, 1 Diceball, 2 Ultimate Texas Hold’em tables, 1 reversible Blackjack and Punto Banco, and 6 English roulette tables), and shops.

YOUR MAIN MISSIONS WILL BE…

The technical maintenance of the entire building (excluding slot machine technology) as well as the outdoor installations.

You have at least 2 years of successful experience in a similar position,

You have good knowledge of electricity, HVAC (heating-ventilation-air conditioning), energy saving and new ecological technologies

You are inventive, resourceful, handy and ideally also have knowledge of commercial refrigeration

You know how to work independently within a small team

You have genuine interpersonal skills, are flexible and have good leadership qualities

Your integrity is recognised,

You are energetic, smiling, diplomatic and pleasant in character, and you speak French orally,

Your qualities: organisation, discretion, autonomy, rigour, taste for teamwork,

You have good knowledge of Google and GSuite IT tools

You see only advantages in weekend on-call duties by rotation

You live or will live in Montreux or its region,

You hold a driving licence,

You are available immediately,

You have impeccable moral character: your criminal record and debt enforcement office extract must be clean,

You have no gaming bans.
