For our after-sales service department in Geneva, we are looking for a:

After-Sales Service Manager - 100% (m/f) SPECIALISED IN THE HEATING SECTOR

Profile

• Basic training in automation, electricity, ventilation or heating.
• Proven experience of at least 3 years in a similar role with team management.
• Analytical and synthesis skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Collaborative spirit and ability to work in a team while being autonomous.
• Initiative, organisational skills and ease in communication.
• Driving licence

Responsibilities

• Manage, recruit, qualify and develop your collaborators by practising participative leadership.
• Organise work, apply and enforce safety measures, develop new working methods and implement them.
• Prospect new clients or partners, assess the technical and economic feasibility of upcoming and ongoing partnerships.
• Support your team in the technical and financial management of assigned mandates.
• Prepare complementary offers on ongoing projects.
• Ensure client relations and the smooth running of contractual commitments.
