Internal Sales Clerk 100% (a)

Your Role

• Telephone customer advice on product range, delivery dates, and prices
• Recording orders and quotations
• Co-responsible for reliable and customer-oriented order processing
• Supporting the field sales team in the sales process
• Various commercial tasks according to the area of activity
• Participation in projects

Your Profile

• Commercial basic training with technical understanding or technical basic training with commercial further education and experience in internal sales
• Strong communication skills, resilient, and customer-oriented
• Precise, reliable, and structured way of working
• Good MS Office skills
• Good German and French language skills
• Independent personality with overview and organisational talent
