We, Raiffeisenbank Cham-Steinhausen, are a successful and innovative bank, which is among the largest Raiffeisen banks nationwide in Switzerland. At our locations in Cham, Steinhausen and Mettmenstetten, we employ around 80 staff, including 5 apprentices.We place great value on holistic and sustainable advice for our customers and are looking to complement our team with a likeable, committed and reliable personality as a Private Customer Advisor Financing (m/f/d).

What can you expect?
- Comprehensive, needs-based advice for customers with a focus on financing
- Further development of the existing customer base
- Creation of customer-oriented solution proposals covering the entire advisory and service offering, involving internal bank specialists (occupational pension provision, estate planning, etc.)
- Identifying and exploiting customer potential
- Participation in market development measures and undertaking representative tasks
What do you bring with you?
- Completed banking training and further education in banking or finance
- Solid experience in credit advisory for private customers
- Sales- and customer-oriented personality with a high level of service commitment
- Strong communication skills, negotiation confidence
- Team-oriented and entrepreneurial approach
