Spital Oberengadin AG, a company of the KSGR Group, is responsible in Samedan for the largest hospital in southern Grisons, providing medical emergency and primary care for the population and guests.

With the successful relaunch of Spital Oberengadin AG in April 2026, the foundation was laid for a future-oriented further development. For the next stage, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and inspiring leader as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement as

In this responsible leadership position, you will share the overall operational responsibility for Spital Oberengadin AG together with the management team. In close cooperation with the Board of Directors and our partners, you will shape the strategic and organisational further development of the institution and sustainably influence its future.

Your tasks:

• Overall responsibility for the operational, personnel and economic management of Spital Oberengadin AG
• Implementation of the corporate strategy in close cooperation with the Board of Directors
• Further development of the hospital within the KSGR Group as well as maintenance and expansion of cooperation with Klinik Gut and the KSGR
• Ensuring a high-quality, patient-oriented and economical healthcare provision
• Leadership, promotion and further development of the management team as well as a modern, appreciative leadership culture
• Representation of Spital Oberengadin AG towards municipalities, authorities, politics, network partners and the public

Your profile:

Perhaps you already lead a company today as a member of a management team, are responsible for finance, operations, HR, or for a business area in healthcare.

What matters to us is not only your previous role, but your personality, your entrepreneurial thinking, your ability to inspire people, successfully manage change and take responsibility, as well as your openness to examine and implement different options for the future development of the hospital together with the Board of Directors.

• Higher education or further training in management, healthcare, business administration or a comparable field
• Several years of leadership experience, ideally in healthcare
• Sound business management skills, entrepreneurial thinking as well as experience in strategic organisational development and transformation
• Modern, appreciative leadership understanding with a strong focus on quality and patient orientation
• Identification with a regionally anchored healthcare provision and motivation to develop it in a future-oriented manner in a unique tourist region
