Tasks
- Be the main contact for employees and managers across various operations.
- Oversee the entire HR lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- Support recruitment at all levels within the organization.

You have a heart in the right place and enjoy dealing with a wide range of HR topics as a generalist in both breadth and depth.
Your tasks:
- Central contact person for employees and managers of several companies
- Overall responsibility for the HR lifecycle from entry to exit
- Recruitment at all hierarchical levels
- Advice and support for managers on personnel issues
- Support in employee development and succession planning
- Active support of managers in everyday leadership
- Participation and co-design in various HR projects as well as further development of HR processes
Your profile:
- You have completed HR training (federal HR specialist certificate is an advantage) and/or several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable role
- Industry experience in hospitality/catering is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of Swiss labor law and dealing with collective labor agreements (L-GAV is an advantage)
- Confident as well as service- and solution-oriented demeanor and enjoyment in working with different stakeholders
