We are a family-run Swiss company that has been providing innovative
products and solutions for drinking water, gas, energy, as well as rain and wastewater management for over 45 years. As a leading provider, we focus on sustainable infrastructure solutions for a secure, efficient, and future-proof basic supply.
Your tasks:
Independent and reliable handling of the entire order and project processing - from order entry to procurement and deadline tracking to delivery
Analysis of customer requirements and development of tailored offers
Competent contact person for our customers, suppliers, and the field service - by phone and in writing in German and French
Support in operational purchasing and inventory management
Management and updating of master data
Your profile:
Completed commercial or technical basic training. Applicants with a technical background should also have additional commercial or business training
Several years of experience in internal sales, especially in order processing,
offer creation, and direct customer contact
Strong technical understanding as well as interest in technical products and their specifications
Experience in purchasing and dealing with suppliers is an advantage
Confident handling of ERP systems, ideally Abacus
Independent, structured, and conscientious working style
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
Good French language skills, both spoken and written, to support our customers and
suppliers in Western Switzerland
Italian language skills are a welcome plus
