Financial Controller (m/f/d)

Role:
Our client is an internationally active industrial company specialising in the development and manufacture of high-precision components and technical solutions for demanding applications. Responsibilities:
You actively shape the Europe-wide financial management and develop uniform reporting, KPI and controlling structures for the various companies.
In LucaNet, you coordinate consolidation and management reporting and prepare well-founded analyses and recommendations for management and site managers.
To control costs, margins, efficiency and profitability, you develop meaningful reports and support production controlling.
You coordinate the planning, budgeting and forecasting cycles and contribute to US-GAAP reporting, annual financial statements, audits and local reconciliations.
The integration of LucaNet, ERP and BI systems as well as the automation of financial processes are also part of your environment, as are international acquisitions and the financial integration of new units.
Qualifications:
A higher education in finance, accounting, controlling or business administration forms your professional basis.
You bring several years of experience in international controlling, reporting or management accounting.
Solid practical experience in consolidation, budgeting, forecasting and production controlling as well as experience with LucaNet distinguish you.
You have very good Excel skills.
Very good German and English skills.
