Internal Communications & Streaming Studio Specialist – 100% permanent in Zurich

From August 1, 2026, or by arrangement, we are looking for a communications specialist (100%) in the Internal Communications area for the Brand, Marketing and Communications department.

This position covers a wide range of communication tasks with the mission to support the company’s strategic goals, convey them to employees, and thereby strengthen EY’s reputation.

Your main tasks

• Ensuring target group-oriented, consistent, and effective internal communication for EY Switzerland, coordinated with regional and global communication
• Creation, planning, and management of all internal communication formats, including
  newsletters, intranet content, leadership messages, webcasts, video productions, podcasts, etc.
• Making EY’s global and country strategy understandable and tangible in Switzerland
• Operational responsibility for our new video streaming studio
• Co-responsibility for the operation, use, and further development of the internal video streaming studio (including conception, production, and implementation of video formats - e.g., webinars, leadership formats, internal campaigns)
• Close collaboration with partners and executives: advising and supporting positioning, storyline, and internal appearances
• Participation in the development and implementation of the internal annual communication strategy in cooperation with the Head of Communications
• Support for internal physical and hybrid employee events
• Actively driving innovation in internal communication, e.g., through the use of AI-based tools to increase efficiency, quality, and reach
• Collaboration with internal interfaces such as HR, IT, leadership, or marketing

What we are looking for

• Completed training or studies in corporate communications or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience and proven success in internal communication
• Editorial talent
• Experience with video streaming studios or similar is an advantage
• High affinity for AI: searching for and using AI tools for internal communication
• Organizational and multitasking skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills, creativity, and innovation capability
• High flexibility and resilience, even in stressful situations
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Native German speaker and fluent in English
