You are accustomed to using computers and common Windows programs. You are also good with numbers. You have at least five years of experience in the fast food industry, including at least two years in a similar position (team leader, shift leader, supervisor, etc).
Area of Responsibility
As a Shift Leader, you are the hub between restaurant employees, guests, and the restaurant management team. You are responsible for the successful organization of an entire work shift and ensure compliance with our high standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and hygiene. You remain calm when things get hectic and are always where you are needed most.
