To complete our team at our headquarters in Montreux, we are looking for:

EXPERIENCED BROKER

Your main responsibilities:

- Market analysis, prospecting and negotiation of sales mandates;

- Property valuation and development of sales strategies;

- Property visits and presentations;

- Client contact and follow-up;

- Autonomous management of sales mandates until signing;

- Collaboration in project development;

- Proven experience in a similar position;

- Excellent knowledge of the Vaud Riviera and Valais Chablais real estate markets;

- Extensive network of contacts;

- Genuine negotiation skills;

- Rigorous, committed and responsive personality;

- Good interpersonal skills, team spirit and solution-oriented;

- Neat appearance and good articulation;

- Perfect command of French and fluent English (German is a plus);

- Proficiency in common IT tools;

- Swiss nationality or valid work permit;

- Driving licence essential.
