What you will do with us:
- You support the team leader in the professional and personnel management of the team.
- You coordinate and organise the daily routines and ensure smooth operations.
- You ensure professional, needs-based and high-quality care.
- You assist the team leader with deployment and duty planning.
- You accompany, promote and support employees in their daily work.
- You deputise for the team leader during their absence.
- You actively contribute to the further development of processes, structures and quality standards.
- You gradually take on additional leadership responsibilities and develop your leadership role further.
What you bring with you:
- You have completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH.
- You work independently, responsibly and organised.
- You possess high professional, social and advisory competence.
- You like to take responsibility and ideally have some leadership experience.
- You communicate appreciatively and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
- You have a category B driving licence.
