Your tasks
- Disciplinary leadership and further development of an interdisciplinary engineering team
- Ensuring timely, high-quality, and technically coordinated execution of new and retrofit projects
- Management and monitoring of the engineering design process
- Technical contact person for project management as well as coordination of technical agreements with customers
- Planning and control of engineering capacities and organisation of additional resources as needed
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, standards, guidelines, and internal requirements
- Assessment of customer requirements regarding technical and commercial feasibility in collaboration with sales, bid team, and product management
- Responsibility for project budgets and the associated cost centre
- Participation in recruitment as well as promotion and further development of employees
- Planning and conducting design meetings and tracking technical decisions
Your profile
- Completed technical degree or university studies (BSc/MSc) or comparable technical training
- Several years of professional experience in customer-specific engineering or plant construction, ideally in the life science or pharmaceutical environment
- Good technical knowledge in design, electrical engineering, and process engineering
- Knowledge and practical experience with GMP and GAMP requirements
- Leadership experience or experience in coordinating interdisciplinary technical teams is an advantage
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills as well as a pragmatic hands-on mentality
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Very good German and English skills
