What you can achieve

• Leading a team of 7 to 10 employees technically, organisationally and personally according to business management criteria
• Technical and factual responsibility in the area of technical support with a focus on: defect reporting system (failure statistics, defect weighting and analysis, availability, reliability, spare parts proposal, cost-effectiveness), configuration management, spare parts catalogue
• Creating Logistic Support Analysis: LCN Breakdown, Level of Repair Analysis, Maintenance Tasks Analysis, Spare Parts Calculations, Life Cycle Cost Analysis
• Preparing offers in the specialist area and supporting the business segments in the area of ILS (Integrated Logistic Support)
• Providing ILS-specific support services in the product development and utilisation phase
• Ensuring technical and process know-how in the business segments

What you bring with you

• Completed technical training (specialising in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering)
• Further training as a technician HF or engineer FH with experience in project management
• Experience in the field of design (Mech / El) is an advantage
• Knowledge of military procedures as well as logistics and in the field of armoured vehicles is desirable
• Solid MS Office skills as well as knowledge of SAP S4/Hana
• Team-oriented, flexible, independent and responsible working
• Fluent German, very good English and French skills are an advantage
