The Compensation Fund of the Swiss Trade Association is a large association compensation fund in Switzerland. We support around 10,000 companies from over 30 industries throughout Switzerland. Our main task is the implementation of the statutory social insurances AHV/IV/EO as well as 26 cantonal family allowance regulations.

In addition to your accounting duties, you will also take on IT user support and assist our employees with questions and concerns regarding their digital workday. Accounting & IT Clerk 80 - 100 %
Your tasks are varied and may differ depending on your skills:
- Posting and accounting of ongoing business transactions (accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger)
- Payment transactions, dunning, and account reconciliations
- Assistance with monthly, semi-annual, and annual financial statements
- Securities accounting and support during audits
- Maintenance and support of IT systems, especially the main system AKIS, as well as first-level support for employees' IT questions
- Assistance with general team tasks
To fulfil these tasks, you bring the following talents and skills:
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have already gained initial experience in finance & controlling, ideally in the social insurance environment
- You enjoy working with numbers and have a good flair for accounting
- You are IT-savvy and interested in digital applications and their further development
- You enjoy supporting others and are characterised by your strong service orientation
- You work independently, reliably, and solution-oriented and communicate confidently in German
- You enjoy assisting employees with questions and problems
- You like to communicate, are patient, and can explain even complex matters clearly
