Your mission

Overall responsibility for the operational management of the department: You ensure quality, productivity, costs and delivery capability within your area of responsibility and manage capacity planning and efficient resource utilisation.
Leading a team of 20 employees: You lead and develop a committed team and create a positive learning environment.
Ensuring maintenance and availability of production facilities and equipment: You guarantee smooth operations through proactive maintenance planning, coordinate maintenance measures and ensure high equipment availability.
Compliance with quality standards according to ISO 13485, occupational safety and internal processes: You are responsible for creating, maintaining and further developing technical documentation in your own area as well as for compliance with all regulations.
Budget responsibility for cost centre and investment planning: You contribute your know-how to budget planning and always keep costs in view.
Continuous improvement of processes, quality and efficiency: You drive continuous improvements and innovations and sustainably optimise processes, quality and profitability.
Cross-departmental collaboration with production, quality assurance and supply chain: You ensure transparent and effective information flow.

Your talents

Technical training and further education towards process specialist, certified technician HF or equivalent
Several years of leadership experience
Strong quality awareness and enjoyment of precision work
Structured, goal-oriented working style
Assertiveness, commitment and self-motivation
Teamwork skills and high social competence
Very good German skills, English skills advantageous
