What you can achieve
- Independent management, coordination and implementation of procurement projects, especially in the field of medical devices
- Creation of project plans as well as reliable and comprehensible time and resource planning, taking into account regulatory and legal requirements in close coordination with all stakeholders
- Ensuring contractual services with regard to quality as well as adherence to deadlines and budgets
- Independent preparation of tender documents in compliance with procurement law and public procurement guidelines
- Development and further development of procurement strategies for the medical device categories to be managed
What you bring with you
- Completed technical or scientific university degree or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience as a project manager in the field of medical devices; experience in healthcare is an advantage
- Knowledge of procurement law and sales as well as experience in procurement in compliance with legal requirements is an advantage
- High assertiveness, cross-functional and target group-oriented communication skills as well as organisational talent
- Excellent negotiation skills in dealing with demanding customers, suppliers and other stakeholders
- High team competence as well as the ability to act in a coordinated, reliable and goal-oriented manner in the team even under pressure in demanding and complex situations
