This is the job - Your main tasks

• Consulting leading organisations of internal security – for example in the areas of migration and asylum, customs and border security as well as law enforcement and justice – in digital transformation in highly regulated and security-critical environments.
• Responsibility in demanding client projects throughout the entire project cycle – from strategic conception to operational implementation.
• Leading projects or sub-projects as well as targeted management of interdisciplinary teams in a challenging professional environment.
• Translating complex professional, organisational and regulatory requirements into actionable digital solutions, target images and architectures.
• Active contribution to the further development of our consulting portfolio in the field of internal security.

This job is for you if...

• a completed master’s degree at a technical university or university, ideally ETH or university, is brought along.
• first experience in the field of internal security and a good understanding of its specific challenges are present.
• complex contexts can be quickly grasped and translated into structured, effective solution approaches.
• responsibility is gladly taken on and projects are driven forward with initiative, clarity and commitment.
• even in demanding situations a focused approach, quick judgement and a high standard of impact and quality are evident.
