About the job
The Solothurn Centre Oberwald Foundation supports, accompanies and promotes people with disabilities of all age groups as a result of congenital and acquired impairments, illnesses and accidents in a targeted and individual manner. This takes place at locations in Biberist and Zuchwil. Across the entire foundation, around 200 employees are consistently committed to preserving, further developing and regaining valuable skills – for an inclusive life and participation in society.

What to expect
- Special educational support and promotion of children, adolescents and young adults with severe multiple disabilities in individual and group lessons
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of care and support measures
- Assuming key worker responsibilities
- Collaboration with relatives and legal representatives
- Interdisciplinary cooperation with other internal and external specialist areas
Your profile
- Completed training as a Care Specialist EFZ
- Several years of professional experience in health and social services with children, adolescents and young adults with severe multiple disabilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to support and contribute to operational development processes
- High social competence as well as physical and mental resilience
- Good communication and writing skills as well as very good German language skills
- Good IT application skills (Word, Outlook)
