At Swiss Holiday Park, the largest holiday and leisure resort in Switzerland, you will find diverse gastronomic offerings and a dedicated team. As F&B Manager, you will manage the assigned restaurants, bars, breakfast service, as well as events & banquets, and further develop the area together with the management.

• You inspire guests and employees through visible host presence
• You lead those responsible in kitchen & service according to the organisational chart and strengthen their collaboration
• You develop people, offers, processes, and quality standards further
• You manage turnover, cost of goods, and personnel costs with a clear focus on results

What you bring

• Several years of leadership experience in the F&B sector and solid gastronomic expertise
• Passion for hospitality, team leadership, and the development of managers
• Entrepreneurial thinking, numerical understanding, and enthusiasm for effective improvements
• Very good German and English skills as well as confidence in handling digital systems
