MAIN TASKS

Within the intermediate care unit of Clinique Cecil, you will be responsible for:

• Caring for patients whose severity does not justify intensive care services but whose complexity nevertheless requires particular nursing follow-up.
• Caring for patients in categories I, II and III according to the SSMI classification, mainly involving surgery (cardiac, visceral, thoracic, neurosurgery).
• Caring for patients who may require amines, non-invasive ventilation. Undertaking interesting and varied tasks in a constantly evolving environment.

• In addition to treating patients in intermediate care, you will assist the head of department in resource management and replace them during absences in line with the values and objectives of the department and clinic.

YOUR PROFILE

• Qualified nurse with proven experience in acute care, as well as in cardiac, thoracic and general surgery.
• For foreign qualifications, recognition by the Swiss Red Cross is mandatory (in progress or obtained).
• Possessing strong technical skills and able to work in a multidisciplinary environment in a state-of-the-art department.
• Good stress resistance, flexible, autonomous, with a strong sense of responsibility and able to anticipate.
• Good interpersonal skills, empathy and ease in communication.
