Polymechanic CNC Milling with Process Optimisation
Tasks
- Operation and monitoring of CNC milling machines with Siemens control
- Setting up and adjusting steel frames for production
- Coordination and support of the deburring team
- Analysis and optimisation of manufacturing processes as well as implementation of improvement measures
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and specifications
Requirements
- Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ
- Solid experience in CNC machine operation
- Knowledge in reading and interpreting NC codes and technical drawings
- Ideally experience with CAM programming in TopSolid
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
