Job Description

Your mission

Integrated within the Manufacture Quality team at the Meyrin site and directly reporting to the Production Quality Manager, your role will be to ensure product compliance and contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes in a demanding watchmaking environment.

Your responsibilities

• Identify, document and handle non-conformities
• Open and ensure follow-up of non-conformity reports
• Participate in root cause analyses and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (Ishikawa, QRQC, 8D, etc.)
• Monitor and analyse quality indicators (scrap, rework, conformity rate)
• Train and raise awareness among employees about quality requirements
• Conduct workstation audits and participate in process validations
• Ensure the application of quality standards within the workshops
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at reducing non-conformities and non-quality costs

Qualifications

• Technical CFC, quality or equivalent training
• Proven experience of at least 3 to 5 years in the watchmaking industry, ideally in the casing field
• Good knowledge of luxury requirements, aesthetic criteria as well as surface treatments, decoration and assembly processes
• Proficiency in reading plans, GPS dimensions and conventional control methods
• Mastery of quality tools (8D, FMEA, SPC, QRQC, 5M) and ease with IT tools, notably an ERP such as M3
• Ability to analyse quality issues, identify root causes and lead improvement actions
• Rigor, observational skills, analytical mind and ability to work collaboratively with production teams
• Responsiveness, pragmatism and results orientation
