In this role, you are part of the Asset Reliability Team within the Maintenance & Repair department and act as a central interface function between planning, technicians and production.

As a work planner, you coordinate and control the maintenance orders stored in SAP-PM – from planning through preparation and execution to documentation. You ensure that all maintenance measures are carried out on time, safely and in compliance with food-specific quality and hygiene standards.

Your contribution

Within the scope of your duties:

• you coordinate and prioritise the maintenance and repair orders stored in SAP-PM together with production planning and ensure timely implementation
• you comprehensively prepare maintenance orders: identification and provision of required spare parts, tools and materials; clarification of safety requirements (LoTo, work permits) as well as quality and hygiene requirements (HACCP, GMP, IFS/BRC)
• if necessary, you lead the technicians during the execution of maintenance and repair work and ensure compliance with defined work instructions and safety standards
• you check and support the complete documentation and feedback of completed orders in SAP-PM (working hours, materials used, technical findings, measures)
• you act as SAP-PM key user and support the technicians in the daily use of the system (order processing, feedback, fault reports, master data maintenance)
• together with the maintenance planner, you maintain and optimise maintenance plans, parts lists and master data in SAP-PM and ensure data quality
• you coordinate spare parts management in cooperation with the warehouse and procurement and trigger purchase requisitions in the system if necessary
• you ensure compliance with all site-specific guidelines and conformities (food safety, occupational safety, environmental protection, GMP, HACCP)
• you support the implementation of IL6S working methods (Integrated Lean 6 Sigma): preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, Progressive Maintenance, Condition Based Monitoring (CBM) and loss minimisation
• you develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders (production, quality assurance, EHS, planning) and external service providers

What you bring

The desire to lead our company into the future and advance your career through experience and knowledge in the following areas:

• Completed technical training (mechanical/electrical/similar)
• Fluent knowledge of German and English
• Extensive work experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment
• Experience in leading technical work groups, training process owners of the next work step; promoting joint opportunities at the production line using the PDCA approach (Plan, Do, Check, Adjust)
• PC skills (MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint); experience in operating ERP systems
• Very good communication skills in spoken and written form; analytical thinking and problem-solving ability; ability to collaborate and maintain relationships
