Real Estate Management Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF85,000 - 105,000Role:

Responsibilities:
You independently manage a portfolio of residential properties and ensure professional and contract-compliant administration.
As the central contact person, you take care of the concerns of tenants, suppliers, and other stakeholders and ensure customer-oriented support.
You reliably and professionally conduct apartment handovers, viewings, and administrative routine tasks.
You coordinate maintenance and repair work, supervise external service providers, and ensure proper execution.
You are responsible for contract management, keep relevant documentation up to date, and contribute to long-term tenant satisfaction with your negotiation skills.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education or a comparable further qualification and bring practical experience in real estate management.
A Category B driving licence is available for the necessary mobility and flexibility.
Your personality is characterised by empathy, teamwork, and negotiation skills.
Even under high workload, you work solution-oriented, customer-focused, and structured and keep an overview.
The real estate management professional certificate is an advantage but not mandatory - German written and spoken fluently.
