As an Account Manager, you are responsible for the successful marketing of our entire service offering to existing as well as potential new customers. With the support of platform managers, marketing, and product managers, you make a substantial contribution to business success.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the personal care and holistic consulting of the customers assigned to you
- You proactively work the market, check current market opportunities, and look for solutions for your customers' needs
- You develop sales opportunities, review and respond to tenders, prepare offers, and successfully conclude customer contracts
- You win new customers and exciting projects with great commitment, passion, and competence
- You convincingly represent Axpo Systems at events and trade fairs and continuously expand your business network
Profile and Skills
- Technical university of applied sciences or comparable education
- Further training in business administration is an advantage
- Good expertise and several years of professional experience in one of the following areas is required: ICT, Security, or OT
- Several years of professional experience in account management and field service
- Winning, sociable personality with a lot of initiative
- Doer type, flexible, resilient, motivated, and goal-oriented
- Well-groomed, confident appearance and skilled communicator for acquisition and negotiation talks
- Very good Microsoft Office skills and experience in managing and maintaining CRM and ERP systems
- Negotiation-level German and English skills (spoken and written)
