Property Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 110,000Role:
In this role, you will manage residential properties, commercial properties, and condominium ownership for our ROCKEN partner. As a personal contact, you will support tenants and owners and chair condominium owners' meetings. You will also handle billing and coordinate maintenance as well as minor renovations.
Responsibilities:
You manage residential properties, commercial properties, and condominium ownership and handle the concerns of tenants and owners.
You chair condominium owners' meetings and record their outcomes in the minutes.
You conduct apartment inspections and handovers and prepare the final accounts for tenants.
You prepare heating cost statements and ancillary cost statements and handle claims.
You plan and coordinate maintenance work and minor renovations.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and bring professional experience in the real estate sector or hold a specialist certificate in property management.
You have sound knowledge of tenancy law and are confident in using common computer applications.
Your personality is dynamic, sociable, and customer-oriented. You maintain an overview even under high workload.
You are characterised by a confident manner and pleasant interpersonal skills.
