To strengthen our customer service team, we are looking by arrangement for a communicative and service-oriented personality who competently supports our customers: by phone, in writing and with a keen sense for good solutions.
With us, you are an important contact person in everyday life: You answer questions, handle concerns, coordinate orders and ensure that our customers feel well looked after.
In this versatile role, you are in the thick of things and take on, among other things, the following tasks:
- You advise our customers by telephone in German and French.
- You record incoming orders and handle customer concerns by phone and in writing.
- You take care of cancellations, complaints, credit notes, additional charges and offers.
- You are the first point of contact for telephone enquiries and ensure professional, friendly support.
- You assist with general administrative tasks.
- You work closely with other departments and thus contribute to smooth processes.
You fit well with us if you enjoy communicating with people, work carefully and keep an overview even in lively situations.
Ideally, you bring the following:
- A commercial apprenticeship, for example as a commercial clerk EFZ.
- Several years of professional experience, preferably in telephone customer service.
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact and a pronounced service orientation.
- Confident German language skills, spoken and written.
- Good oral French skills; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
- Good user knowledge of MS365, especially Outlook, Excel and Word.
- An accurate, reliable and independent way of working.
- A positive, communicative personality who remains calm and solution-oriented even in hectic moments.
