Health Specialist EFZ 100% Fixed-Term
Your Tasks
- Caring for and supporting our residents in accordance with our mission statement and shaping this within the framework of the reference care model
- Professional execution of basic and treatment care
- Comprehensive maintenance of care documentation using careCoach according to RAI / LTCF
- Regular assumption of daily responsibility
- Ensuring a service- and resident-oriented, professional quality of care
- Ensuring compliance with general hygiene regulations
Your Profile
- You have completed vocational training as a Health Specialist (FaGe)
- Ideally experience in long-term care
- Strong resilience and very good communication skills
- You are committed to holistic care and support and gladly take on responsibility
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form (level B2)
