To complement our team in Pfungen ZH or Winterthur ZH, we are looking for a Clerk for Loading Equipment, Damage Cases and Building Management 50% (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Full participation in the operational day-to-day business
• Managing loading equipment controlling, handling damage cases, building management
• Reconciliation of loading equipment balances with customers and partners
• Handling damage cases in coordination with our customers and partners
• Building management, maintenance, commissioning of craftsmen
• Maintaining relationships with customers, partners and subcontractors
• Collaboration and exchange with dispatch, driver personnel and transhipment warehouse

Your profile:

• Experience in the transport and logistics sector, experience in loading equipment management and initial experience in handling damage cases
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Good Excel skills
