About the job
We, Sefag Components AG in Malters / Lucerne, supply renowned customers from energy distribution, mechanical/plant engineering, and vehicle technology with our electromechanical fasteners and components. In Switzerland and worldwide.
Our customers rely on our overall performance as a team, which is why we operate in a flexible, task-oriented organisation and do not think in rigid functions or hierarchies. This shared responsibility is not just a word for us: 10% of the company shares are owned by employees. On our homepage
( www.sefag-ag.ch ) you can learn more about how we understand our collaboration both internally and externally.
If this culture also matches your values, then this role could suit you well. To strengthen our assembly department, we offer you a versatile and responsible position. And now about you and our offer to you. As a
Production Assembly Employee
you will make a significant contribution to our assembly team in the future. You assemble mechanical assemblies and products according to technical drawings and work instructions. In doing so, you ensure compliance with quality, deadline, and safety requirements, carry out functional and quality checks,
and actively engage in optimising assembly processes. You can expect a varied, multifaceted, and dynamic field of activity with a high degree of personal responsibility.
For the outlined area of responsibility, you ideally have practical experience in assembly processes. At the same time, you desire a team that not only "flies the flag" for respectful interaction—both internally and externally—but lives it every day!
Independent, precise, punctual, and quality-conscious work is natural for a
handy and skilled individual
like you. At this point, we do not want to go into more detail about your possible tasks and scope of work. We prefer a personal conversation where we can address your questions and get to know you as a person. And you us.
If you recognise yourself in these lines, please contact Philipp Kunz with your documents.
