Your tasks

• You contribute to ensuring that our residents enjoy professional and individual care and support every day
• You carry out RAI assessments and promote the autonomy of our residents
• You recognise emergency situations and manage them
• You assist with daily care according to the kinaesthetic approach for our residents and train our apprentices
• You independently and thoroughly maintain the electronic care documentation

Your profile

• Training as a Dipl. Nurse HF, AKP, DNII, DNI or PsyKP (for foreign diplomas: SRK recognition required)
• You have professional experience in inpatient long-term care and with people with dementia
• Good oral and written German skills
• Good RAI knowledge in the classification of dementia patients is an advantage
• You are an organisational talent and strive to make everyday life efficient
