- Professional experience in patient administration
- Proven leadership experience
- Sound knowledge of the Swiss tariff system
- Good knowledge of patient and billing processes in hospital care
- Authentic and empathetic personality with an appreciative leadership style
- High service orientation, independence and personal responsibility
- Confident German language skills
