• Technical and personnel management of the installation inspection team at four locations as well as targeted further development of employees
• Forward-looking resource planning and ensuring efficient and economical deployment planning
• Responsibility for compliance with legal requirements and regulations (including NIV, NIN) and their correct implementation
• Planning, coordination and monitoring of periodic inspections
• Planning, coordination and execution of plant and random inspections
• Customer support in the area of installation inspection and reporting as well as contact person for sovereign issues
• Responsibility for inspections related to PV systems and consistent implementation of AEW guidelines
• Execution and analysis of power quality measurements and derivation of well-founded insights
• Ensuring quality and maintenance of relevant data in the SAP system
• Management of the competence centre for plant regulations as well as active participation in cross-departmental projects and in the further development of processes

• Completed basic training as an electrical installer or electrical planner (EFZ) as well as further training as a certified electrical installation and safety expert (HFP)
• Several years of professional and leadership experience, ideally in the utility environment
• Sound knowledge of relevant standards and regulations such as NIV and NIN as well as experience in measurement technology and power quality
• Profound understanding of technical contexts and their safe application in practice
• Confident handling of IT systems such as MS Office and SAP IS-U
• Structured, independent working style as well as entrepreneurial thinking
• Clear, binding communication style and confident appearance towards different stakeholders
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
