WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE

• Strategic consulting on processes and technologies: You feel at home in the environment of Microsoft 365 technologies. In close cooperation with customers, you shape the collaborative working environment of tomorrow in close collaboration with the respective specialist and IT departments.
• Handling requirements: You capture and analyse the customers' professional requirements.
• Appropriate use of technology: Support customers in using modern collaboration tools, transferring analogue and digital processes into modern environments (Azure/Microsoft 365), migrating their data to the cloud, and leading their digital competence to success.
• Work in a team: Together, you apply your extensive experience in the technology environment of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 in consulting.
• Ensure a smart infrastructure: You design and integrate Microsoft cloud infrastructures based on Microsoft (Office) 365, Azure (Azure Active Directory, Azure Functions, Runbooks), or Azure AD Connect.
• Presales support: To promote our sales and business development, you support acquisition and presales activities. You actively build a network with customers and are able to generate leads.

HOW YOU SUCCEED

• IT background: Training or degree with a focus on (business) informatics.
• Professional experience in the Microsoft ecosystem: You have at least five years of professional experience in the environment of Microsoft technologies, ideally in IT consulting. For senior roles, you ideally bring experience from a consulting company or an equivalent function in the context of IT management consulting (strategy, control, organisation, processes) as well as proven success as a project manager in projects to optimise IT organisations.
• Experience in various IT project roles: Interaction between the specialist department and IT is natural for you. You feel comfortable in various project roles and have gained project management experience.
• Technological competence: You bring extensive experience in the technology environment of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365. Your knowledge of the involved technologies (Power Platform, SharePoint, Exchange Server, Teams, and co.) helps you in consulting.
• Affinity for IT infrastructure: You have a strong affinity for modern IT infrastructures, ideally with some initial experience in this environment.
• Certificates: You have successfully completed or are willing to complete certification as a Certified Project Manager (IPMA® Level C), PMP, or Hermes Advanced.
• AI competence: You confidently use AI tools in your field, critically evaluate the results, and support customers and adessi in utilising AI potentials.
• Language skills: Very good German and good English skills.
• Flexibility: You are willing to travel for projects and enjoy working in agile teams.
