Specialist Processing Mortgage and Loan Financing

What you achieve

• You are responsible for the clean and efficient processing of transactions with real estate collateral (mortgages and construction financing)
• You manage securities (e.g. mortgage notes, policies, guarantees)
• You handle construction loans and carry out construction loan control
• You ensure smooth and professional processing of working capital financing
• You also take care of the administrative processing of leasing financing
• You maintain a cooperative contact with our customer advisors and support them with your expertise

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Specialisation: Banking or notary apprenticeship
• Professional experience: at least 2 years in the area of mortgages, loans secured by real estate or unsecured financing
• You enjoy administrative tasks and work efficiently and accurately even under high workload
• You have proficient computer skills and a technical flair
• You are a friendly and solution-oriented personality
• Experience in corporate customer and leasing business is a plus
• German (C1)
• Italian (ADVANTAGEOUS)
• French (ADVANTAGEOUS)
