The competent team of the Psychosocial Spitex is here to support you in your daily life. We help you to regain your footing, take responsibility, and strengthen your self-confidence.

Our rates comply with cantonal regulations and are based on the Nursing Care Service Ordinance KLV.

Nursing services must be prescribed by a doctor and are covered by the health insurance (basic insurance) minus the deductible and 10% co-payment.

Patient contribution:

In the canton of Zurich: CHF 7.65 per day.

In the canton of Aargau: 20% of nursing services, maximum CHF 15.35 per day.

The patient contribution is waived in the following cases:

The remaining costs are covered by the municipalities.

We bill our services directly to the health insurance and the municipalities (remaining costs, difference to full costs), so you only receive the invoice for the co-payment.

Cancellations, no-shows:

Rescheduling or cancelling services must be communicated in good time, that is at least 24 hours before the planned appointment during office hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30).

Appointments on Monday morning must be cancelled or rescheduled by Friday noon.

Missed appointments will be charged within the planned time of the client if the cancellation

is made less than the time mentioned above,

In case of emergency hospital admission or death, no charge will be made.

These services are not covered by health insurance but may be reimbursed by an appropriate supplementary insurance. If you do not have such supplementary insurance, these services must be paid for by yourself.

The smallest billing unit is a quarter of an hour.

Rates for nursing services (KLV rates)

At the expense of the client. No cost approval could be obtained from the insurance for these services or there is no medical prescription. These must be paid for by the client themselves.
