To ensure that our unique garden designs retain their beauty in the long term, we are looking to strengthen our team from March 2027 or by arrangement with a maintenance gardener (100%) who enjoys well-kept gardens and uses their expertise to ensure that our facilities remain in the best condition throughout the year.
Maintenance Gardener (100%)
Your tasks
- Professional maintenance of green spaces and outdoor areas
- Lawn care (mowing, fertilising, scarifying)
- Planting of garden areas
- Tree, hedge and shrub pruning
- Care of borders and perennial beds
- Weeding and general plant care
- Leaf clearance and winter services
- Janitorial duties
- Independent maintenance planning for client mandates
Your profile
- Completed training as a gardener with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
- At least 5 years of professional experience
- Plant knowledge and professional expertise
- Customer-friendly manner
- Independent and careful working style
- Ability to keep an overview
- Precise work, team player, resilient and flexible
- Enjoyment of working in nature as well as manual skills
- Knowledge of various tools and machines
- Driving licence category B
- Very good German language skills
