About the job

• Responsible for the administrative and organisational planning, coordination, support and implementation of continuing education offers, information events and graduation ceremonies
• Contact person and administrative interface for participants, lecturers and programme leaders
• Participant management and programme organisation via the Evento system as well as data maintenance in other internal systems
• Maintenance and provision of information on websites, learning platforms and internal tools
• Invoicing and support with administrative processes in the finance area
• Active participation in the further development and optimisation of processes in the sense of continuous improvement

• Solid commercial training as well as several years of qualified professional experience in education or hospitality
• Very good PC skills (MS Office), IT affinity (complex system landscape)
• Good communication skills and confident German as well as good English skills
• Service-oriented personality
• Quick comprehension, networked thinking
• Team player with social skills as well as friendly and confident manner even in hectic times
• Enjoyment of a responsible and varied activity that requires a lot of independence
• Resilient and flexible personality with a very high quality awareness
