About the job
Your Tasks
- Responsible for the administrative and organisational planning, coordination, support and implementation of continuing education offers, information events and graduation ceremonies
- Contact person and administrative interface for participants, lecturers and programme leaders
- Participant management and programme organisation via the Evento system as well as data maintenance in other internal systems
- Maintenance and provision of information on websites, learning platforms and internal tools
- Invoicing and support with administrative processes in the finance area
- Active participation in the further development and optimisation of processes in the sense of continuous improvement
Your Profile
- Solid commercial training as well as several years of qualified professional experience in education or hospitality
- Very good PC skills (MS Office), IT affinity (complex system landscape)
- Good communication skills and confident German as well as good English skills
- Service-oriented personality
- Quick comprehension, networked thinking
- Team player with social skills as well as friendly and confident manner even in hectic times
- Enjoyment of a responsible and varied activity that requires a lot of independence
- Resilient and flexible personality with a very high quality awareness
