Your contribution to our team

In this versatile leadership role, you take on the professional and personnel management of our Marketing Communication team and contribute significantly to further developing our market presence and sustainably strengthening the perception of our segments. You coordinate the topic and segment managers, network different stakeholders, and ensure effective collaboration with specialised marketing and communication functions.

In addition to your leadership responsibilities, you actively shape the marketing and communication activities for the Energy Solutions and Lighting segments. Based on the corporate strategy, our positioning, and the corporate narrative, you develop targeted marketing and communication plans and derive effective initiatives for different target groups. In doing so, you define priorities, set clear goals, and ensure that the measures deployed make a measurable contribution to the company’s success.

As a strong voice of marketing, you bring the perspective of our customers and the market into collaboration with sales, category management, specialists, and external partners. You ensure a consistent omnichannel market presence, recognise potentials early, and deploy resources where they have the greatest impact.

Furthermore, you design and manage integrated campaigns along the entire customer journey, from increasing awareness through lead generation to sustainable customer retention. With your strategic thinking, implementation strength, and sense for relevant topics, you actively drive the further development of our marketing communication and take on the management of demanding marketing and communication projects with high visibility within the company.

Your profile

• Completed studies or advanced training in marketing, communication, business administration, or a comparable field; alternatively, an equivalent qualification with corresponding practical experience
• Several years of experience in developing and implementing integrated marketing and communication measures as well as in managing demanding projects
• Initial leadership experience, for example as team lead, project manager, or professional leader
• Strategic marketing understanding with a good sense for positioning, storytelling, customer journey, and target group-oriented communication
• Ability to translate complex or technical content into understandable and convincing customer benefits
• Experience in digital marketing as well as confident handling of relevant marketing and communication tools, KPIs, and data-based optimisations
• Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills as well as a structured and quality-oriented working style
• Fluent German and English, both spoken and written; very good French or Italian skills are an advantage
