To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual for the position of Finance and HR Assistance 40% (m/f/d).

Your tasks

• Monthly and annual financial statements
• Controlling and reporting
• Liquidity monitoring
• Budgeting
• Posting bank transactions and incoming invoices
• Maintaining contact with banks, insurance companies, and auditors
• Taking on tasks in human resources

Your profile

• For this role, you have further training as a business economist FH/HF (specialising in finance) or as a specialist in finance and accounting with a federal diploma
• You are confident in financial statements according to OR
• Have experience in financial accounting
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Team player and discretion in handling sensitive data
