Plastics Technologist (m/f/d)

Using the most modern plastic injection moulding machines and highly automated production cells with clamping forces from 60t to 3,200t, we manufacture technical components weighing over 100kg per shot.

As we continue to grow steadily and demand in the Microelectronics (ME) and Datacenter segments is rising exponentially, we are looking for highly motivated and well-qualified specialists. In a demanding production environment, you will shape the future of our production with your commitment and quality mindset. Your tasks

• Independent setup/changeover and start-up of injection moulding machines including complex automation with robots and extensive peripheral equipment
• Implementation of plant and process optimisations
• Autonomous maintenance and servicing of equipment
• Driving lean management and co-creating the "Smart Factory" concept (Industry 4.0)
• Performing on-call duty and shift work (early and late shifts, no night shifts)

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship as a plastics technologist, mechatronics technician or a completed apprenticeship in the mechanical field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in plastics processing, preferably in injection moulding
• Experience with automation on injection moulding machines
• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
• We expect a pronounced lean management mindset
