Your Tasks

Ensure a safe working environment according to all safety, health, and environmental regulations
Ensure work execution according to SR Technics, airworthiness, and authority requirements
Manage personnel resources, assign work orders, and monitor efficiency
Organize and coordinate equipment, tools, and work documents
Support other departments in cross-functional tasks
Define and coordinate training and development needs of employees
Participate in new processes and continuous improvement of quality, safety, and costs

Your Profile

Completed technical vocational training
At least 2 years of leadership experience
Good technical understanding
Communicative, proactive, and team-oriented personality
Good English skills (at least B1) and very good German skills (at least C1)
Confident handling of PC and MS Office
Independent, precise, and responsible working style as well as willingness to work in 2-shift operation
