These are your tasks

You are the reliable and charming contact person for our guests in the restaurants - individual and professional guest care from reception to farewell

You support first-class service – proper food and beverage service in compliance with our standards

You are co-responsible for a smooth service process – teamwork, preparation and follow-up as well as mise en place
What we expect from you

You are studying at a Swiss hotel management school or want to prepare for it

You love guest contact, are communicative and always remain courteous and friendly

You have an exceptional service awareness and are always ready to go the extra mile for our guests

You are an enthusiastic host/hostess

You are reliable, have a quick grasp, and a feel for the guest

You speak German – additional languages are a plus
