Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (60-80%)

What awaits you:

Day shifts from Monday to Friday with self-organized scheduling
Milieu therapeutic work with children and adolescents up to 18 years old and their families in challenging life situations
Key worker role in interdisciplinary case management and treatment team
Co-responsible for implementing the treatment process of the assigned children and adolescents
Promotion of autonomy and independence of the children, adolescents, and their guardians
Interdisciplinary collaboration with relatives, doctors, disability insurance, social services, schools, etc.

What you bring:

Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF
Several years of professional experience in child and adolescent psychiatry
Experience in key worker roles with children and adolescents
Driver's license category B and willingness to travel by car
Independent, responsible working style
Open-mindedness, high flexibility, and empathy
